THE FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY GREATLY APPRECIATE THESE ITEMS!
Beginning the year with a goal of collecting 1000 non-perishable items seemed like a lofty expectation.
We are happy to announce we have not only met but have exceeded that goal by 240 items!!
The items collected by our class will provide meals for over 200 families in need over the winter break.
As a class we learned that by reaching out and asking for help is okay! Everyone needs help sometimes. We also learned that if you are able to help someone, you will grow from the process.
This accomplishment would not have been made possible without the teamwork and drive that our students and their donators exhibited. THANK YOU!
